So I'm finally about to get the full roster to 60. I only have Kitty left at this point (who I've heard good things about), so I think I can safely say that She-Hulk is the literally the worst.
She is so bad, she should probably be flat out taken off the store until something is done to fix her (we know this won't happen but a man can dream). Her mechanic is clunky at best, her damage is sub-par, and her animations are buggy.
I don't even care for the character, but I'm officially begging Gaz to push her to the front of the line for an update, because playing her is probably worse than being water boarded.
